« on: October 08, 2017, 05:43:16 AM »

i've gone through the entire lengthening process of 3 months, and am now 4 weeks into consolidation and have avoided sugar and fat for the most part. i am really craving 1 cigarette. will this really hurt my consolidation in the long run or can i just have this until i feel much more recovered

1 cigarette won't hurt in anything.
But not more.

One won't hurt, but let's be honest here, you won't stop at one if you are here, looking for the input of others on whether one cigarette is OK or not.

So in this case, YES, one cigarette will hurt your recovery.

What is it that makes cigarettes bad for consolidation?

Is it the nicotine? Ive heard nicotine makes bloodveins retract, but ive also heard all stimulants do that (coffee too as an example). Or is it the other things?

After I left the hospital, I smoked cigarettes and weed usually in the form of a spliff almost everyday.

My healing was slower than those who did it at the same time, but both my femurs have consolidated.
