Anybody wearing elevator shoes after LL?
« on: October 10, 2017, 04:37:11 PM »

I wear elevator shoes (whenever I go out of my house, that means 12-14 hours a day), I know elevator shoes are in a way more taxing on your ankles/joints. My question is - after LL (tibia LL) has anybody gone back to elevator shoes ? has there been any issue/complication/pain? thanks.

Depends how much it is. While ur recovering i think it promotes ballerina feet so i definitely won't try it during the recovery stage. I reckon 3cm lift is ok. Remember don't wear lifts that cause a noticeable difference when u take them off especially if u aren't single.

I agree with your comments. I am single and as I said it does make a huge difference o how I look, those 2.75 inches make a huge difference. Anybody who has done LL and then wear elevator shoes after recovery? l comment here. Thanks.
