Would really appreciate an urgent and detailed response

From those who have done LL, is it possible to attend a masters degree (full time, in campus) program with -

1. external tibia LL ongoing -that is during lengthening as well as during consolidation
2. external tibia consolidation ongoing - that is after lengthening, during consolidation
3. internal femur LL ongoing -that is during lengthening as well as during consolidation
4. external femur consolidation ongoing - that is after lengthening, during consolidation
5. Is yes, how? any special seating and conveyance method required?
