But you'll never 100% fit to run jump and do a lot of physically demanding things that you would have to as an actor after you get ll.. right?

Being taller doesn't give you a career. There are plenty of 6'2 good looking males who can't even find an agent.

But it's different for girls in India! If they're tall, they find a lot of work

Also, we're looking at a miserable case of height neurosis here. After the last discussion.. I had decided for good that this was not even an option. But just a couple of weeks passed by.. and it all came crashing back. I feel like a completely different person trapped in a less than average body. And I don't know how to come to terms with that.

You won’t become a model or an actor after getting LL.

The amount of pain, time, money and fatigue will set you out for good.

Want to become a model or an actor? Spend the money and time on acting lessons / modelling courses.

You have to be training multiple hours every single day and networking.

Even with two surgeries you would still be an average Guy, at 5 8" there are very few possiblities of becoming a model, Sr least you are handsome as fuc+

Dilemma is female and is in India. Considering that, a few inches will go a long way.

Considering that she does not need LL.
5.4 is the last "problem" for a girl in India.

I know of an Australian politician, Hajnal Ban, who did 8 cm. She even wrote a book about it. It seems to have helped her career

Agreed, 5'4" is a good height in India, especially considering that's the average female height in the US. Been to Mumbai, Hyderabad, etc... Dilemma is above average.

Actresses are generally taller, but skills can overcome that. But it's such a tough industry to crack that it probably makes more sense to spend that money on education instead.

She went from 5'1" to 5'4", OP's already ahead of the game!

Definitely something to consider. I recall a user here whose life passion was dancing but was considering CLL. Inadvisable.
