different sizes in clothing

i have noticed today when i was in a store that ,there interesting thing about size of kids (supposed to be), like tbey type it on label like 13 y.o. 164 cm ,which is means that if you are 164 you as tall as 13 y.o  boy in 13+y.o.(over 13) category described as 170 cm tall as tall as mans size S and etc

Coincidentally I look like a 13 year old as well, despite being 20 and 164cm tall. Most people will say its a plus but I disagree, sure I might look 30 at 40 but c'mon we live in the now, not the future.

I was 171cm at 14 and felt pretty average at the time.With that said every year is huge at that age.And the average mans probably small man size in his mid teens so i guess it makes sense.
