Ankle swellling is out of control

Not sure what to do. I barely walk and my ankles are swelling and hurting like never before. Is this a sign of infection? Pin points are driving me nuts

1 year post can run slowly, walking/gym everyday. Issues are zero, ankle tight waking up.
