Doctor list based on number of performed lenghtenings.

Hello everyone,

¿Can anyone guesstimate IN ORDER the TOP 10 doctors for LL based on NUMBER of lenghtenings performed?
I thinks its pretty clear Dr. Paley is #1 worldwide, however I am curious about the rest. Especially TOP 5.

I am not inquiring about the specific number of patients for each doctor, neither outcomes result or success rate, just the list based on most performed LLs.
