LL discrepancy + CLL

My question is the following.
1- Is there a diary of someone with a Limb length discrepancy who underwent cosmetic limb lengthening at the same time as fixing his shorter limb ?
2- How do you know you final heigh if you Lengthen a certain amount on both legs while one has an LLD ?
