Fixed the frame removal date on tomorrow. Finally i'm going to get rid of these bulky frames. Very excited

So finally the journey in frame is over for me. My surgery was scheduled at 1 pm. It was done on spinal epidural anesthesia. It took around an hour to finish the surgery. My LL team measured the legs again if there was any discrepancy present. It felt very good after 5 pm when the effect of anesthesia slowed down and i felt that my legs are very lighter than before. There was some sin pain in the right leg which was hence slowed down by tramadol infusion. Then we returned back at the hotel at 9pm around. I was very tired after the whole day. Thought that after finishing my dinner i could have a deep sleep tonight. But wait a bit i think God had another plan for me. The pain was very high at night. Even i took two painkillers, but nothing of them really worked for me. I consulted harry about my condition and he informed that this pain will be for 2-3 days more and it wiil gradually slow down.
Whatever, i'm very excited to start my phase 2 journey(after frame removal) as soon as possible. Can't wait to go back to my normal life again...

And finally my journey with heightincrease info & team is over. Since now my journey is running smoothly. I'm walking completely unassisted. I've started climbing stairs a lil bit. There is some shin pains while walking. Harry told me that it'll go away with days. I've to work really very hard to correct my gait as soon as possible. I'm very happy with the rate of my recovery. Again thanks to heightincrease info and team for their expert supervision. I'll keep posting on this diary about my future recovery.

And here i'm with all my progress. Things are going really smooth. My walking gait is improving day by day. I can easily climb stairs without any support but while down the stairs i feel lack of balance. Scars are also going invisible gradually. My callus is improving day by day. Hoping that i can run slowly after one more month. Thanks to the whole team of heightincrease info for being connected with me even after i came back to my home. They take care of all my current improvement with video consultation. Will update my condition in next few days. Wish me good luck...

Hello everyone..! It's been a long since my last recovery posts. Was busy with my personal works. Hope all u guys r doing well. It's going to be a full year in last month after my surgery. However, i'm doing well gradually. My walking gait have completely improved. I've started to run a bit slower. Hope i'll be able increase the speed day by day. There is no problem while climbing the stairs but still dealing with a lil issue while going down. But it's not a major problem coz it's improving day by day. Thanks to heightincreaseinfo & team for still being with me and observing my improvement.

How is you condition now, are you 100 % normal like before.

it's been one year when i've started my rehabilitation/phase 2 journey of limb lengthening after my frame removal on october 2021. And now it's oct 2022. Hopefully u guyz are also going well. I'm happy enough to let u know that my journey was too smooth and i've already started running.jogging and jumping by the grace of GOD. Thanks a lot to my heightincreaseinfo team to be there for me...
