8 cm on tibiae is recipe for disaster, do not go beyond 5.

Yeah james is right, not a good idea at all. Unless you're mr. fantastic lengthening the tibiae that much is too risky and surgeons won't allow or if they do muscle and/or joint contractures are likely

Safe limit is 8cm on femur and 5 on tibia
