What's your eye level height and belly button height?

157.2 cm eye level and 102.6 cm navel height (just under 169 cm height)
Eye level height (standing completely straight breathed in and not tilted up or down) since it's easier to measure than the top of your head with a tape measure and navel height since it's a more convenient measure of torso length than sitting height which is very dodgy

The ideal ratio = 0.625 = belly button height/height = belly button height in cm/(eye level height + 11.5 cm) = belly button height in inches/(eye level height + 4.5 inches)

starting height approx 167cm ( morning height)
gained  55.55mm
End height approx just shy of 5 foot 8 ( morning height)
