How much should you budget for complications/additional surgeries?

Say you're doing internals in greece and have 150k, trying to figure out whether to try to lengthen both segments or just femur internal

15-20k for rebreak surgery. I'm sure gio is cheaper though. 2-3k for extended stays in case
