Restrictions during Consolidation of Stryde Nail Femur?

Hello,

I wanted to ask the forum on what were the restrictions your Doctor gave you during consolidation? I am on week 2 of consolidation and completely off all meds now and lifting “light” weights again.  I had the medium size Stryde nail implanted and was wondering from some of the veterans on here.
