Has anyone else too expereinced shooting knee pain suddenly while walking at certain angle or may be lifting the leg slightly with rotation(by mistake).

I am only expereincing this now- a week from when i started to lengthen.

If so, any tips/excercise to manage it?
for me hot water pack relaxes it but later makes it worse, so only cold packs and keeping legs straight is helping at the moment..would love to know other alternatives

5’5 -> 8cm distracted -> 5’8  LON Femur.
Brutal painful process, if considering external femurs please change your mind

Hello dear first you should consult with your doctor
Then I could recommend that you should strech your tight muscles and nerves at least 3-4 hours of a day
And do massage to relax muscles which pressure your nerves
Hope it will work for you too
