I agree if by "most likely" you mean definitely.

There is a better option: don't waste your time on scams.

Law of attraction is not a scam since it never requires you to pay anything. The method is public.

And as you read from my previous post, I'm kind of the guy who never interested in bull like this, but I'm very hopeless to grow taller.

In a broader sense of the word, not all scams exist only to make money.  It's either a prank to get people to waste their time, or a really dumb/crazy person acting without malice but also without sense.

Your time has value.  Use it for something positive even if LL is forever out of your reach.

You are not losing time with LOA. It's not like there is an instruction that you must stay still while doing LOA.

You can do it while playing gaming, reading, shower, take a poop, eating.
