Sharp nerve pain during consolidation
« on: July 28, 2021, 02:19:13 PM »

Has anyone else experienced very sudden, sharp, but brief nerve pain during consolidation? (Or even later?).  I experience a completely random, very painful nerve pain about once every other day that lasts for only a few seconds.  But it has not gone away.  The pain is in buttocks—not near any incision sites.

Stryde nail. Many months into consolidation.

It’s a thing. Loss of fat from the butt leave you with no ass and that bone towards the end of your skeleton by your booty is skinny af. Hurts to sit...lie on your back etc. but you should not be experiencing this during post. You should have put on some fat from eating regularly etc.

I never had a severe bony butt issue.  This is not from that. It's definitely a nerve issue

Should definitely consult with your doctor. It is perhaps related to how your body is reacting to the corrosion in the stryde nail.

He said nerve pain, and we lose muscle not fat, the muscle is what gets atrophied.

nerve pain in the buttocks is related to your piriformis compressing your sciatic nerve. Is there also shooting pain in lower leg?

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem.  I finished extending a month ago.  And I have pain in my left buttocks.  I also have pain in my lower leg as well!  Sounds like it's the same problem, at first I thought it was nerve pain but it seemed to me to be muscle related
