Questions about Visa to the US

Hi! I want to do quad. surgery(both femurs and tibias) at the Dr Paley insitute in Florida. The problem here is that I would need around 5 months to stay in Florida. I am from europe and I have a european passport, would it be hard for me to get a medical visa?
