I have nerve damage, Can I do LL?

Hello!

I am 21 years old male. When I was 15 years old (6 years ago) I had a shock and since that moment my left leg hurts 24 hours a day due to nerve chronic pain.

I am allow to do cosmetic limb lengthening?
