Hey, I'll be leaving Athens around early March! I'm staying at Montaza Hotel

For Giotikas patients coming in February, I'm selling some things before I leave Athens. It will be much cheaper than the price I paid for them. All of these items have been super useful to me during this LL journey, I don't know how I would have gotten through this without them. PM me which item you're interested and the price in cash (Euros or USD) that you feel is fair. We'll meet up in Athens at Montaza Hotel / physical therapy / the hospital (it will be easy, there's alot of places the patients end up meeting up together with the transport they arrange)

If you're around Montaza Hotel at the end of February after you bought something, you're also welcome to just have any food or grocery items I have left in my room at the end of February before I leave (Will probably be some chia seeds, pea protein powder from the local grocery store that has alot of vitamins/minerals in it, some unopened vaseline or hand moisturizing cream)

--------------

1. Small foot pedal exercise machine

- can be used bedside, super useful because you'll be in pain/have limited mobility at points in the journey
- don't have to stand up and mount it (difficult for some, risk of falling) like the large bike they give you, can just use it from bed
- fits in the non-handicap Montaza Hotel rooms (the large bike they give you doesn't really fit well in the Montaza non-handicap rooms)
- The strap it comes with isn't that useful fore the bike but I can give it to you if you like (you can't really loop it around the bed) and the bike is already very stable without it. I use the strap for other things.

- I paid about 170 Euros + shipping all the way from Germany for it (there's no Greek Amazon), PM if you're interested with a price you feel is fair

2. Heated Electric Blanket:

- useful for warming up muscles before moving them, the heat feels really good on the body
- also great for colder mornings and evenings

- I paid about 65 Euros  + shipping all the way from Germany for it (there's no Greek Amazon), PM if you're interested with a price you feel is fair

3. Orthopedic Wedge Cushion:

- All around useful soft platform
- They recommend elevating the lower legs for better circulation and this is a very comfortable way to do it
- helped me alot with some periods of knee pain during femur LL (keeps the knee bent a bit, which can help alot)
- More stable and more elevation for raising the leg to help with clicking (feels better than pillows)
- comfortable wedge to rest legs on

- I paid about 38 Euros  + shipping all the way from Germany for it (there's no Greek Amazon), PM if you're interested with a price you feel is fair

6. Set of 8 mini pillows with covers

- Super useful for finding comfortable sleeping positions and good positions for pain

7. Rumpl The Original Puffy | Printed Outdoor Camping Blanket for Travel

- The most comfortable blanket I've ever used, bar none, even among both all regular blankets and also all camping blankets

The wedge cushion is also pretty useful for raising a leg to stretch in bed, more stable and taller than a pillow (ex: I use the wedge cushion's platform part with a pillow on top for more height to stretch hamstrings)
