Hi!
Healthy diet, sufficient nutrition and appropriate supplements are very important after surgery. But I wonder excessed nutrients may cause premature bone healing. Do u guys have any suggestions about diet, nutrition and supplements during lengthening phase and consolidation phase.

calcium, vitamin D, vitamin k2 mk7, collagen, vitamin C, chondroitin, MSM, turmeric, boswellia,
look for something for your bone and soft tissues.
