Insurance in the USA?
« on: June 04, 2018, 01:16:37 PM »

I haven't applied for an insurance here in Hong Kong ever except for my motorcycle insurance... lol.

I read that if i did LL in the USA and if i had some USA insurance then the costs can be a lowered like for stays, medicines etc?

is it possible for an tourist to get insurance in the USA just for the sake of this surgery?

No it's not possible unfortunately

The same heath insurance plans that people like the US doctors accept are ones where you're either getting them paid by a good employer, or ones you're paying quite a bit for every year to have. Some of the cheaper insurances for people with low/no income have a much smaller range of things that that get covered besides basic things like check up doctor visits etc.

Maybe if you decided to overstay your VISA and vote Democrat in the next election they'd let you get a double segment free of charge lol.
