could any american insurance cover complications from CLL?

i know insurance will not cover the costs of CLL. but are there insurances that will cover the complications. i am willing to pay a high premium for this safety (let's say around $15k). also i am not an american. wouldn't people who visit america for medical tourism have some kind of insurance for unthought of complications?
