effect of LL on vessels: trombosis risk?
« on: July 28, 2018, 05:12:24 PM »

Hi, this may be a dumb question but I think it's one of the few things life-risking and really scaring about LL I can think of.

Is there any evidence of pathologic histologycal changes on veins after being lengthened? Could your veins have a higher risk of being disfunctional and a higher risk of developing trombosis as a long-term LL complication? Or is the fat embolism and the other perisurgical complications the only life risking complications we should be afraid of?

Is there anybody who has had this surgery done many years ago and can confirm there are no long term vascular complications?

Thanks for reading and forgive my imperfect english, please.
