Fitbone only 4000 dollar??!!!!!

I Live in iran....there is a doctor called dr.nader which perform fitbone with original price(something like 30000euro)....but i have found a doctor in another city in iran which perform fitbone only 40million toman(4000 dollar)
How????!!!!!

Less is more.
Maybe one cm up or down could not change your appearance.
But one cm more is definitely do harm to joint than one cm less.
