Weren't you taking glucosamine sulphate, too? Maybe it was a combination of that and your morning height.

You'd need to stop taking glucosamine for a month and measure your evening height, then compare the measurement to whatever was the previous evening measurement you have recorded, just to make sure you actually grew.
