How much has the technology for LL changed in the last 10-15 years

Like the question says lol just a curious question to actually see if anyone actually knows how much ll has changed since it became more popular I.e. would it be more beneficial to do LL now or is it basically the same as then.

Stryde changed everything.
A fully weight bearing magnetic internal nail is simply the most revolutionary and easy way to do LL.
So yes, the technology changed a lot. But not the last 10 years. The last few months!

Yes..Stryde is great in that recovery process is much better..But the question is are there methodologies that have been developed to prevent any risks/complications or does it remain the same?
