Dr. Guido Köhne - any pointers?

I see this doctor is in germany and has reasonable costs for precise. I don't see any diary, does anybody have any more information on Herr Guido?

do a google search, I did and found all details including cost etc. which look good but I do not see any diary so am afaid considering him. The only western country surgeons that meet my cost criteria comfortably are this Guido guy and the greek doctor
