Real data on average height of men around the world?

Preferrebly in the age group most of us are in (18-35). I see many websites have numbers, but im not sure how reliable they are. Are there legitimate sources for the average height of males between 18-35 in 2020 or 2021?

There's no reliable data. No country is measuring all its citizen's height. All data is baised.

Average heights that are published are still way more reliable and closer to reality than the "All youth are 6'0+" claims posted here.

Think that's the average height of Beijing. Average Chinese height is around 171, 6cm shorter than the average American, which is quite reasonable.

It's such a sarcasm that Chinese average height is 6'1 or something.175.7cm is reasonable on average

for Beijingeses and Shandongeses.Even Dongbeieses are not that tall cuz only the Liaodong peninsula

and Harbin City's average heights are awesome and the rest regions in Dongbei are not that handsome.

Also 5cm average height growth in 4 yrs is a ridiculous nonsense in demographics
