Hip flexor stretches during femur LL

Atm can't be on side or on belly w/o some pain

So currently the only way I've been able to get a somewhat decent stretch is
- scoot butt to edge of bed
- pull knee to chest
- the other leg's hip flexors end up getting stretched

Its not that much of a stretch though, wonder what mistakes I am likely making/could change in the positioning to make it better?
