Leg Lengthening for 1.5 inches

I don't want to do this surgery but I've realized that 5'10 is the minimum height cutoff for most women. It is a really big turnoff for a guy to be short and 5'10 is just barely taller than the average college girl in heels. At this height you don't look short compared to tall guys, whereas a 5'8 guy gets dwarfed. Right now I am 5'7.75". I was 5'7 flat a few months ago. With hgh I will probably be 5'8.5" max.

Now if I do 1.5 inches will I be able to continue bodybuilding? How long would the recovery be and is this a safe amount?

After distraction I will be using hgh to speed up consolidation and recovery. Right now I am only aiming for tibias.

1.5 inches is quite safe. I am not recovered fully but am continuing bodybuilding even with 8 CM lengthening.

How old are you OP?

You may have more natural growth to come as HGH can help you reach your genetic potential.
