Hello friend, the question is not about the femur or tibia.

It is more like how much money do you got homie?

If money is not a problem for you, then do 7.5 cm internal femurs.  What is your starting height ?
btw from the picture you provided, it seems that your tibias are rather long already.

Considering doing 4.3 cm Femurs and 4.2 cm Tibias with Dr. Milorad Mitkovic in Serbia.

From the picture your femurs are long as well. You have a relatively short torso... I would not pass the 5cm mark on either segment

@ ItHurts:  Whatever you decide today is not set in stone.  The important thing is not to lengthen beyond 15% of each bone segment.

You seem to have very normal proportions, so it's going to be your personal preference in the end.

Hmm, I would suggest you lengthen your knees... yup, definitely knees!

No, for real. Your proportions are really good. But I would say your Femurs because
a)Femurs are meant to be a bit longer than Tibias
b)Femurs because you'll recover faster (given you only do 5-6cm and not go beyond)
c)External Tibias are painful. Internal Tibias might result in some permanent knee pain.
