On the right way we should consider proportions
« on: June 13, 2016, 01:38:11 PM »

I see a lot of people here, worrying about their proportions that would not, after LL, correspond to the average data.
The three main objects of worry being : ratio between height and wingspan, sitting height, ratio between the total height and the length of legs.

In my opinion, we should not compare these post-LL ratios to the average ratios, but rather try to see if the combination of post-LL ratios is or isn't naturally found among people. By "naturally found", I mean, that can be seen in the 90-95 % of people whose body ratios are the closest to each other. It is sometimes said to these who have naturally "special" body ratios that they have got short arms etc, but what is it to compare with height dysphoria ? This is why I believe we should try to see if the combination of ratios is easily findable that is to say "normal", rather than taking the very average as the only value which matters.

I had this thought seeing this picture on Internet :
