So for all people who are doing limb lengthening with Ilizarov, or are preparing for it. This is what a person should look like while limb lengthening. It doesn't matter if you are at 1 cm or at 10 centimeters, you must be walking with or without crutches as much as humanly possible. Your knee must be straight and NO BALLERINA!! again NO BALLERINA!!!! and one more time NO BALLERINA!!!!
