I was literally about to post this, dude. The exact same article from the DM as well. I'm a swimming fan and huge supporter of Thorpe. Remember watching the Aussie titan on many occasions. It's unfortunate to see this happen to such a good man. It goes to show that no one is immune to the potential contraction of infectious disease, first world or not.
