I don't train hard my feet after LL because I feel them weaker than before and I have some balance issues due to atl I did.
After my right tibia straightening and at shortening 5 months ago I am much more stable but I still don't train hard my legs as I am still in rehabilitation stadium.

I think that someone can build a good amount of muscles on feet even after LL.
Personally I never wanted too bulky feet as they make me feel shorter and I have problems in finding trousers so I am not the most suitable person to ask.
If you want to talk about arms, here I am.  :D

I lengthened 7.5cm on tibias with external monorails.
I plan to for another 6-7 cm on femurs in about 2 years.

Is it difficult to walk after the surgery i mean like after a full year or would you say that eventually the bone will be strong enough to both do leg exercises or legs weights?

also how long is the recovery period after the surgery? Thanks
