How safe is the surgery

How likely is it you’ll be able to walk/run after Limb lengthening for example does it depend on how much you lengthen and what parts you lengthen ie femurs or tibia and or both and the dr you choose.

Overall how safe is this

Search research portals like NCBI with terms that describe your question. You'll find plenty of publications about limb lengthening methods, complications, and outcomes.
