also what type of Glucosamine are you using? Gluco sulphate or Gluco HCL or Gluco Acetyl etc

I'd say you're inseams about average mines 82cm maybe a small bit over,I'd get the glucosamine without chondrotin i have no experience with it so can't say unless you have bad joint pain or something,also go with sulphate that's the most widely recognized.

the HGH is used by bodybuilders to improve their muscle growth and not grow in height,
rich piana is an example, he used more than 20 years high levels of HGH and remained of the same height, they also say that the use of HGH can grow the extremities of the body like hands, feet, ear, jaw etc ... but that is in thesis there is no definitive study with people in the long term, but from what I know of body builders as
who have used HGH ha for more than 20 years their hand toe ears remain equal not even gain height,
