Ive didnt growed since im 15-16, does that mean my growth plates are fused?

im now 19, gonna turn 20 this year


is there any hope for natural grow due to HGH?

Your growth plates are probably closed but small chance, have a doctor do an X-ray, but 95%+ are done growing by that age. HGH is really expensive and extremely hard to get a hold of, you would have to get it prescribed anyone that sells it is selling fake stuff or not real hgh

Hey I Dm'ed you. I know a way to check growth plates or help u grow without surgery
