21 and married, that's uncommon. I wish you a happy marriage.

May I ask where you are from, starting with tibias is a good choice. I'm also glad that you are not one of those people who want to do 10cm each segment. You seem to be realistic, which is how you should be.

6 cm tibias is ok, even though I personally would never go past 5 cm.
After 6cm on tibias, you can do 7cm on femurs, if you want; and your body adapts, you might go for 8cm and you'll be 173cms.

You won't be short anymore.

I wonder if you didn't marry a women that's 3 inches taller than you, would you've ever wanted to undergo CLL surgery in the first place. Obviously you wouldn't know the answer since it isn't the case, and any response might be construed as a rationalization, just food for thought.

15000 is pretty low budget, I would not go for LL with that kind of budget. All for your personal safety. you probably have to go to India or Russia with that budget. But it can be very risky. It will be tough to go thru 2 surgeries to get to 170cm, an 11cm increase, and it may take you 6-7 years to save up that money, and then 2-3 more years to spread out the surgeries Recommend saving up for more for a safer option. If enough determination, you shall reach your dream

This may hinder your relationship if you choose to go to India or Russia or something. Certainly your wife can't follow you and make no income for half a year

Men above 150cm aren't categorized as dwarfism. Even a man below 150cm who suffers from familial dwarfism wouldn't get LL.
People above 150cm still can drive cars, reach buttons and so on.

I know an austrian guy who was even  1,64m and the insurance paid his surgery.

And i have heard from a serios source, that in Germany insurance pay if you are under 1,60m (male).

All in all austrian insurances are very tolerant

I don't know the situation in Astria however in Germany it's impossible to get LL paid by insurance even with psychological assessment which is necessary.
