Right leg looks fairly well aligned... now the left  :-\ , I don't know about that one.

Left leg looks varus. Would need a full length xray to confirm but i’m 96% sure :p

also: I’d be willing to bet you have difficulty fully extending the right knee OR lateral ankle pain  (the fibula regenerate is smaller than the tibia, and there are no syndesmotic screws. this tells me that the fibula was either pulled down at the knee, or up at the ankle.)
