Some misconceptions about height growth that I had while growing up

- Boys can grow until 25-30 (Made me think that I had all the time in the world to catch up)

- Basketball and swimming can easily make you tall (Turned out it wasn't as easy)

- Masturbation can stunt your growth

- You just have to eat a lot (of carbs) to be big, not necessarily quality food

the thing about carbs is correct i wish i knew earlier my cousin is a female her father is 5.6 her mother is 5.2 suprisingly she herself is 5.8 fat girl if things went normal she would be 5.4 female or 5.2 acc to science
