Hi everybody ,
is it true that the taller you are , the difficulty of lengthening are increasing?

Not necessarily. It mostly depends on the flexibility of your soft tissues. Without the constraints that the soft tissues impose on the legs, anyone would be able to lengthen the amount they desire. This is why it is recommended to stretch a lot and prepare your soft tissues pre-op.

No.  In fact, the taller you are, the easier it is since usually it's percentages that matter rather than absolute length.  Except for dwarves because they're different.
