I did bilateral precise nail with Dr Giotikas, reached 8cm on femurs without any pain, aiming for 7cm on tibias. I am at 5cm on tibias at the moment. I have ballerina foot, and some right knee pain. I rented an airbnb in athens. He is a good doctor and have had a good experience. Not as scary as it seemed. I feel he really cares about his patients.

What's your advice on preventing complications for precise tibias?

I started femurs in November and finished end January 8cm

Doing alot of stretching on tibia before hand, getting your calves nice and soft, I wish I had also put some more weight on my tibias like fat , if that makes sense. Possibly even massaging your calves everyday , 3 months before surgery.

I think Dr. G would recommend 5cm max for tibias. May i ask why he would let younto get pass to 7cm?

If I'm healthy and if he thinks its safe, it really depends when you get to 6cm how your body is and how your tibia is, I may still not do 7cm, when I get to 6cm, I'll take it super slow the lengthening, and take it day by day

I can write a diary describing my trip to space just by writing. You have no pictures or videos. I think this diary is fake. Let me tell you before you write, with the leg picture and video, no one is exposed and who it is can never be found. Also, although this is a difficult operation, there are many people who share pictures and videos. I prefer to read video diaries with pictures rather than just reading diaries. Have you completed Tibias LL? You should be in consolidation stage.
Any complication (non-union and etc), discomfort and pain?
Able walk normally without any support or issue?
