How to get the GAIT back ?

Hi LL veterans,

Please share the best exercises that worked for you to get your walk back to normal.

If there are already similar threads that exist, please share the link for that.


P.S - I am wondering how some LLers are able to walk with normal GAIT in few days of starting unassisted walking. There has got to be some right way to train ?

debiprasad physio guy said walking backward on treadmill will help gait very fast
