A taller person could probably do more though right? I don't wanna do more than 3" but just wondering since they are longer.

that is correct taller people can lengthen more on average. apparently it is calculated at 15%.

however we are yet to see diaries showing this.

I think my proportion is questionable, with only 6cm added to a tallish starting height, especially when viewed from the side. My torso just looks too short for the height. The only reason I am considering femurs is because I look ridiculous when I bend down or squat and my tibiae look like elongated poles dwarfing my femurs. I'd do just enough in the femur to get a normal ratio between the segments.

This surgery is a "natural non-naturally forced" surgery right? Like what we are doing is break off our legs to let em grow a little bit more by themselves. Most people believe that they actually put you metals in-between your bones and you will live with them
for all your life... that isn't true right?

I don't think anyone answered your question: no, the metal does not stay between your bones your entire life. They will stay in there for 1-2 years tops with internals, but no longer than that. Your body is growing new bone to fill in the gaps through the lengthening process.

Yeah exactly, i can understand him though, my parents are like in their late 50s so their generation was entirely different from how it is today, I was initially annoyed how they didnt understand that looks and status are very important for a successful and eventful life today.

However i have stopped being annoyed with them and instead i realize i should be annoyed at todays society, and the pathetic values the youth of my generation has. I wasnt like them at first but i will never feel fulfilled unless i can get even with the arrogant  s ive met and surely will meet in the future. So i have to play by the modern rules.

I respect my parents for having good old school values such as being humble, helpful etc and working hard mainly to take care of the family, not for their image and career.

It's just fking that capitalists are fking up the world now by ingraining screwed views of value including putting looks on high pedestral so as to nearly 'bind' everyone including men to caring about looks to buy their various products as well as doing various surgeries. Look at many incels' obsession over jaws being defined. Have you ever heard 'a man should have a define jaw' before like 2010? Capitalists are really reforming the world... as they are able to do so.

Before the world was as capitalized as now, when our parents were living, looks did not matter so much(it mattered to like a moderate degree because of the human's nature). That is why you can see lots of incel-level men or femcel-level women successfully got married thus reproduced incels. Boomers are really poor. They are suffering from the so significant changes of the world. Nowadays there are still many parents who believe intelligence is the most important attribute for a man/woman, which is pretty wrong because nowadays tbh looks is for sure prior to intelligence——no one cares about how much of a math genius you are if you are 5' and of 40% body fat percentage. I believe such kind of men were very respected during the boomers' time but nowadays even a whorehouse worker will instantly reject him because of his looks.
