Based on they are a scam butcher company which reputable doctors like Paley advice to avoid. I'm not stopping you, you could end up in a wheelchair for all I care, but I do care about people who fall into their publicity. Doctors from Turkey have bad opinions. They will lengthen the bones too quickly and too much. The number of problems is much greater than with doctors from Europe or America.
