A US $100 bill is 0.0043" thick, which means that 750 $100 bills is 0.0043" * 750 = 3.225 inches which is rather close to 8cm. Which means that the height you gain from LL would be, if your LL cost was converted to $100 bills, about the same as the height of the stack of cash you paid.

If you could stack as many $100 bills as you wanted (out of your own net worth) and add the height of the stack to your permanent height, how many bills would you stack? Does this change your perspective on the cost of LL?

275 of the 100 dollar bills. No it does not. It's a costly surgery and the main reason is there is a lot of demand for the LL surgery
but not enough doctors that perform the surgery. I want to this get this done asap because the price will just keep on increasing.

It's an expensive surgery for sure. Although a large chunk of that cost is mostly fixed by the manufacturers of the nail itself. Even if a doctor did the surgery for free and the hospital was free, you would still owe $30K+ just for the nail.
