1 year post can run slowly, walking/gym everyday. Issues are zero, ankle tight waking up.

Doctors know they can get away with it bcz it’s one of ppls biggest insecurity. And most doctors are no different than businessesmen sadly

any surgery requiring ~3 day stay at hospital is going to be very expensive when it is not covered by insurance.
