I was going to apply for jobs in NY, but it's likely they I'll stay in Istanbul for 2-3 more years, and then move to New York or London permanently. It's a big decision so I'm taking my time with it. But I'm thinking about visiting NYC again next fall!

hi RG, you dance well but are you able to jog at moderate pace for 20 minutes at a time? Thanks! what about fast pace? would you be able to play, say basketball for awhile, at least??

I was wondering, because I might lengthen 8 cm or more (will definitely do 7 cm)

Your body may not respond good at all at the 7cms just listen to your body and prepare the best for the surgery

can't run or even jog, just fast walk. i can not play any sport for at least another 6 months i think

Does Walking flows normalmente With lifts? I asked this question because 9cm of tibia plus 5cm lifts is 14 cm below knee. One of the things that is Making me want to do femurs is than lifts will make Up for the fêmur. But in your case how those it feel when walking? Great diary and very good amount of lengthening. I have done 9 cm on tibias too and I am now in the consolidation phase (with Dr. Salameh, diary on the old forum)

My proportions are actually better than that with 9CM lifts but that's because I haven't done LL yet. RGKEY already did 9CM of LL so, with the lifts, he has 18CM added to his natural height. Those proportions are amazing and normal, which is amazing considering the height he gained.
