If you had enough money in reserve to have surgery under any orthopedic surgeon in the world, which one would be your first choice to go to?

Without a doubt, I'd pick Dr. Guichet. His patients seem to have the least complications, even including those who lengthen above-average amounts. Additionally, his nails seem to break much less than those of Dr. Betz and the ability and benefits of doing full weight bearing almost immediately after surgery are priceless. Unfortunately, there's that little issue of finance, so I'm trying to decide between Beijing (Guang Ji Hospital) and Dr. Salameh.

How much does Guichet cost?  Reading a few of his diaries now it looks like there's a lot of different expenses you'd have to account for (not 1 all-together package).
